So I got a used light and according the the previous owner, the account was deleted. I have followed the instructions but still can’t factory reset it. It did allow me to go through all the steps and It shown that it was factory resetting. However, I just can’t find it via wireless or usb. I have gotten a few other used radions with no problem. Am I missing something?
If you are unable to add, please complete the following steps:
1) Log into EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
2) Go to the "ReefLink" tab in ESL
3) Click on the picture of your ReefLink
4) Connect your Radion to your ReefLink using the included USB cable
5) Go to Light Actions>USB Radion Factory Reset
This will turn the buttons white, and allow you to add them wirelessly.
