Does everyone run their pressure at 80 lbs exactly?
I was running about 90 because I was told it is risky to mess with the pressure adjustment screws. I broke 2 flush valves over a year and decided to just adjust it. No problems since.

I shoot for 80 psi, which I get without a booster. 90 psi I believe is right on the edge of the maximum recommended. At 100 psi I would expect fittings to be blowing out for sure, from what I've read.

So I purchased a gauge and put it inbetween the sink and supply line and I’m getting around 75 PSI going to the RO buddie. I took another video of my filtered return hopefully this one works, still poor flow for my clean return

I believe your pressure gage goes after your pre filters and right before your membrane as the carbon and sediment filters will take a toll on the pressure

That's with the unit running? How much water is coming out the drain? Did you do the suggestions I previously gave?

So it looks like the deion has a air bubble, I took off all the 1/4 hoses and reattached all the fittings and when I first started up I had steady flow out of the filtered water, I watched air bubbles in the de ion filter and now back to slower flow after about 30 seconds

The waste water to good water ratio is supposed to be about 3:1 or 4:1, is that what you are getting?

So I think I found the problem, I decided to dunk the whole system under water to look for leaks and sure enough the 90 deg elbow ontop of the membrane was blowing bubbles out of it. I re-sealed it and stopped the bubbles and have better flow. According to chat gpt lol, the system should fill up a half a cup in one minute, it’s now producing half a cup in a minute and a half, a lot better than the starting 4 minutes to fill. Due to not being at the optimal pressure, I’ll take it where it currently is now. Thank you for the help and suggestions everyone much appreciated!
