I have a 75 gpd 5 stage rodi system, I need to replace the RO membrane and I’m not sure what type to replace it with ?
Do I just choose one that is for 75 gpd?

Yes. These are pretty much plug and play and are 'standard'.

Filmtec TW30-1812-75 are pretty good.

I also reccomend the Dow Filmtec, and yes just order the same production rate membrane as what you already have.

It’s a good idea to change flow restrictor and auto shut off valve whenever you replace your membrane

I asked about that and the person from BRS said I didn’t need to replace the flow restrictor unless I was changing from a 75 gpd to a 100 gpd ‍

The flow restritor is a very cheap part, worth changing that with the membrane, it’s literally a few bucks.

Why do you need to replace the membrane? They should last a good year or two.

When I replaced my membrane I went ahead and installed an auto flush kit. It's well worth it.

I wish mine were only a few bucks. They were $13+ at Amazon last time I checked.
My unit uses one like below.
