I think lately I've found a new favorite fish food...Rods Reef Pacific Plankton. Its like a slightly larger mysis, very clean, and only costs like $5.99 for a 6 oz package. My fish absolutely devour it and definitely prefer it over mysis.

Anybody else try or use this? Its fantastic.

Yeah, its awesome Craig. I just got 10 sheets of it today via Premium Aquatics. I think it also soaks up Selcon/VitaChem better than mysis as well.

Not sure when it was released, but they don't even have it on RodsFood.com yet. From their site:

The Original, Herbivore and Fish Only blends now contain Pacific plankton.

Pacific plankton (Euphausia sp.) is a small krill that highly resembles Mysis shrimp, but unlike Mysis, the Pacific krill is a salt water species with high levels of astaxanthin and omega 3 fatty acids.

Euphausia krill are commonly use as food in salmon farms because it gives the salmon their pink color due to the high level of astaxanthin found. We are not replacing Mysis with the pacific krill! We are definitely keeping the Mysis shrimp in our foods for its high protein and omega 3 content, but also adding the Euphausia pacifica krill for its omega 3's and its color enhancing abilities.

By the way, for what its worth, the Predator Blend, which I use a tiny chuck to provide my big angel with larger pieces, is now shipping as 8oz packs instead of 6 oz packs.

Just fed some Selcon soaked PP and man, I think my Thompsons tang loves it the most. He just swims back and forth, up and down, gobbling up as he moves about. He probably eats more than my large Blueface angel. haha

Sorry to bump up an old thread but I tried this for the first time recently and it's an amazing food. I just got in an order of 13 new fish. They are in QT and were devouring this stuff the next day!
