have 6 pajamas that are through qt and observation period so ready to go into the 120 reef tank. My quandary is ...one is not really growing and seems to be the runt of the litter. It always stays back when feeding the gang and gets pushed off sometimes by the bigger fish. I feed frozen mixed food with meds and vitamins and every evening I am feeding live white worms. It eats all the worms I can get to it.
My fear is once in the display it may not get to the food as needed to survive. These guys all came together and are rather small but the runt just has not grown with the rest.
Do I want to keep it separate and get it bigger or try to single it out in the display with foods or just let things take a natural course? My fear is if I separate it I may not be able to re-introduce it to the litter again.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you, Jim

Cardinals tend to establish a pecking order. Alpha on down, smallest one probably not getting enough food because of being in a smaller tank & the rest being more aggressive feeders. Once in the bigger tank, shouldn’t be a problem, wouldn’t hold him back because once the other are established, could attack him, hope this helps.
