Ok, my care package is here and I would like to say thanks to Mike.
I had no idea they sold so many lights, that can explain a lot.
He did make it right, I have no doubt he'll assist me with any issues in the future....
If Mike doesn't get back to you, I'm sure he/they will. Maybe with a few more employees or training we will all benefit. There's a learning curve to anything, holding a grudge or getting mad is not the answer.
Communications and typographical errors happen, it's not worth getting all worked up. I only felt the pressure when Momma Bear got upset at me.
Glad I stayed with this light. It all worked out, my corals love it and so do I.
