ok looks like everone puts me out to be the bad guy i did ship his pump!
as being a good seller here is what im gonna do for this guy i will look for the sale slip when i get home weather i find it or not i will contact the usps about his package and see what happened.... now we all know the usps are not the fastest ppl they will tell me they will look into it and get back to me.
what ever the out come maybe weather it got lost was given to him or sitting in a wharehouse somewhere i will wait to see what answer i get from them and if unable to locate the item i will give him a full refund no later than 9-23-10 i give my word but i want what he wants to get this all figured out but in the same time i mightbe out the cash and the pump a lose lose for the seller and a win win for the buyer but leason learned here get the buyer to pay the 3% and always get tracking info does this sound fair to everyone i just want to make sure i dont get burned and he gets his cash and a free pump

You're talking over a week more. I've asked several times for the facility it was mailed from and the date that you mailed. I paid August 31. I'm not going to wait another week. I told you I will return to sender if the pump ever gets here. I don't want it. The day you told me you'd wait to hear from me, I asked for the refund. That was two weeks ago. I'm not waiting another week. You've had my money too long as it is. You said two days insured shipping on the 1st of this month. I'm done screwing around. You didn't even come out of the woodwork until I made all this public and threatened to call the police by the evening you responded if I didn't hear from you.

I need a date and the facility you shipped it from. You've got to know that much. Why is this the 4th time I've had to ask?

I just heard back from the other fella. You told him his was shipped and mine wasn't when all this went down.. funny he hasn't received his either. While you were "waiting" to hear back from me you told him was already on it's way.... I'm exchanging phone numbers with him and we'll do what we've got to do.

No, you ARE the bad guy, and that's putting it nicely. And No, you did NOT ship the pump. That much is obvious.

ccombs70, You need to call the police and don't wait any longer. You will be surprised how fast you will get your refund. The number of laws he has broken by employing this scam is numerous, and could possibly carry federal charges.

ccombs - although you paid via paypal - did you use a cc thru the transaction? maybe you can have your cc company look into the fraud rather than you wasting all this energy.

I'm off to work til 10... I paid with my bank. Straight out of the account. I've been on the phone the past hour with the other buyer. He paid earlier than me and still has received nothing. We will file with everyone we can. Already started the process.... I'll have to finish tonight when I get off work. I really appreciate all the input I've gotten on these forums. It's really something when you even see the owner of the site get involved. Although you guys aren't directly effected you still take the time to put into it. I am very serious when I tell you this is why I stay in the hobby. The electricity bill is worth it!!! Thank you again.

Sure you do. If that were the case, you would have supplied tracking or shipment info a LONG time ago.

As far as you not wanting to get burned, that must be some sort of joke. The only person getting burned is the buyer and it is YOU that is burning him.

as for all you that say it wasnt sent funny i know i sent it as for the refund i want to try and locate it first it was shipped from my local usps in reading pa but hey you do what you got to do if thats they way you want it to go than fine you can keep posting the same stuff on every reef fourm you see but really most everyone go to the same sites i offer you the refund but would like time to see if usps can locate it but thats not good enough for you if want to go the legal way than so be it in the long run you will wait longer for the refund

He just doesn't seem to get it. He has had over 2 weeks to figure this out, but still wants more time. The reason he will not disclose the shipping info to the buyer is because he never sent it and most likely does not even have the pump to sell. Dealing with this guy must be like :horse:

I have attempted to contact through numerous venues to no avail. It has been over 3 weeks and no pump. I have filed a complaint with the IC3. I will aslo be calling the Reading Police Department.
