Turns out it was just me being paranoid. It is a 2 year old Red Sea, so I'm sure you can understand why. But the stuff I was seeing was on the outside of the seam, not underneath, and could be removed with a scraper. Is there a way to remove a thread? Hate to call everyone's attention to something I don't need help with afterall.
What is the white stuff I think my tank getting this and is that inside the seam?Maybe try getting some close up pics like these of my reefer 300. I used a flashlight for illumination.

Delamination. No bueno.I don't know the technical name but it's the seam slowly being compromised by algae intrusion sounds good lol. That is actually between the seam guard and the glass and not quite to the actual seam yet but I have no reason to believe it will stop once it reaches the seam.

Silicone and Glass create an extremely strong bond when fully cured. Delamination is when that bond is either never created, poorly created, or something is slowly ripping the bond apart
Okey so it’s the beginning of the end. Thanks will start to look for tank if I can or shut mine down.
