Setting Radion schedule

I'm trying to set my Radion lights on an AB+ schedule only with a two hour ramp up from 7A to 9A, 30% for eight hours, then two hour ramp down from 5P to 7P. Why can't I get the lights to stay at the same intensity between 9A and 5P. It looks like I have the 5P dot in the correct place with the same settings as the 9A one.

That's odd! Does the Save option. (Top right) show up when you make changes?

Yes. I hit DONE at the bottom and then SAVE at top right.
