I've recently upgraded to Hydra 26HDs and I have a question. What is the reason for the multiple changes in intensity throughout the day?

Changes in intensity throughout the day are for "Cloud Cover" I run the Hydra 52 on my tank and I run UV,V,R,B @ 90% and G,R,W @ 15% 1 hour ramp at full for 7 hours been running like this for 8 months with no issues. LED directly under the puck can be very intense and corals need to be acclimated to the intensity over the time. The Hydras have an acclimation mode you can use for this.

Curious, why are some of you using a "sawtooth" pattern?

I keep it simple I run a 14k setting.. I have 4 Hydra 26 HD’s over a 4x2x2 SPS Dominate tank and I’m pleased with the coloration of coral.. the only thing that doesn’t seem to like the lighting is my Fox Flame it bleached out but it’s slowly making a comeback
