Your flow is constant- just pitch it slightly down to give them a little movement. For food REEF Roids are best. If you have none ( I recommend you get some) and small squirt of brine shrimp or mysis shrimp will suffice.

I know patience is rule #1 in this hobby, i just dont know enough to know how much patience to have... its like when someone gets sick and they dont go see a dr because they think they will be ok but then it gets real bad, they go and the dr says "why did you wait so long to come in??" Idk, stupid analogy but its the best way i could describe my thoughts atmLet them take their course. Theyll be stressed out
There is some tissue recession but i believe it may be from when i had it in the sand i had also got a torch and i think it was too close and got stung... it hasnt gotten any worse i dont thinkAcan corals can be weird, they can open, close, stay closed entire days, and then be fine the next day. I would leave them alone for at least as week or two unless you start to see tissue recession or something more serious
