Anyone know what this guy is? Came in as a hitchhiker. What's he called? Is he reef safe? Any info would be helpful. Thanks guys.

I'm taking it home but am afraid to put it in my tank not knowing what he is or if he's reef safe

He's definitely not a coral banded shrimp. He has like spiny things on his body lol

Evolved i think its also called a Spiny tiger shrimp. Is it reef safe do you know?

Yes, completely reef safe.

reef compatible with caution, related to the harlequin shrimp.
Reportedly, they will also consume other small micro flora, but I'm not sure how much that extends to aquaria.
