Glad I was on the right track. Was going to say furan-2 but thought it may be too many meds at once. I agree this is going to need several meds in the end. Thanks all for showing up to help this fish and member!

Wow I've never seen anything quite like that I agree it's more than one thing-- how fast did that come on?

Great advice thus far

We believe that it is velvet. In the process of getting our QT tanks and fresh water dip set up. All of our fish are showing signs of this so afraid that it will wipe out the entire tank. The only one with out any signs right now is our yellow tang. It is spreading quick. We have Furan 2, prazipro, and cupramine. Fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

I wondered but I don't often see velvet materialize quite like that. I certainly wouldn't rule it out but if it came on very quickly I would lean towards velvet. It's also possible it has brook and velvet and an infection..

Right and brook can come on and take over VERY quickly as well. It looks more like brook to me... but either way the OP can treat for both. An Acryflavin dip or Formalin dip would go a long way toward helping with both scenarios then into the copper. Need to keep antibiotics on hand because that tang has a nasty infection popping up as well. They'll be needed and soon.

Putting them all in the QT and treating them.

Now I'm leaning more toward velvet with those pictures. I still think the tang has a nasty infection on top of it though. best of luck and keep us posted!

I want to thank everyone for all the help. You all have really helped to save out fish. Here are the 2 left in the tank that we can not catch.

You might try a fish trap to get them.
