Sick fish?

My clown has a big spot on his gill plate. Any help identifying and treating.

I'm sorry to see that your Clownfish may have an issue. I'm not one of the R2R fish medic team, but I think to better help them help your fish they will likely need some clearer pics. Can you take a few more pics and/or a short video under the brightest white lights you have, turning down all your blue lights for clarity?

I see possible ich spots but need better pics and better light.... using bright white light intensity and no blues and hard to see within container.

Was this fish in with another clown? My first thought would be an injury from fighting. However, as said, we need clearer photos, under brighter, white light.
