Siphon used in qt with copper

So I accidentally use my siphon tube to pump out the water out of my quarantine tank with COPPER. What is the best way to sterilize the python SIPHON?
 
I would not be concerned- simply soak in diluted bleach or vinegar solution and cold water rinse
