I have a rather small sump for my 240G. I have an ASM G4X Running in one compartment. My tank is VERY heavily stocked. I am wondering if this skimmer isn't keeping up. It gets filled with thick skimmate every 2 days. I have to empty all the time. Is it time to upgrade to a larger skimmer? Any suggestions? Also it may be cost effective to just add another asm g3 skimmer in another sump compartment. Does anybody run two skimmers at once? I am able to spend about 500... for a new one. I know everybody likes the SWC skimmers but they are a bit pricey for the size I would need. Other suggestions would be appreciated.

Also how deep should the asm g4 be in water? Mine is about 13" now. I have heard many different things about this. Its my understanding that basically it needs to be adjusted to reflect the waterlevel? Is this correct?
