I just saw this little guy crawling throw the gravel bed, hes approx a quarter inch long, give or take, milky white, with 2 stubby white antennae that appear like extensions of the carapace. i have normal copepods and he doesn't look like any of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks to be some form of an isopod. Not sure whether it’s a good or bad one

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

As mentioned, that's definitely an isopod - I can't tell exactly which kind you have (I'm still learning the isopods), but it's most likely harmless/beneficial. So, it should be good to keep.
