Hi everyone,
I wanna jump to topic directly as it makes me pretty sad.

Summary
My naso fish had some flukes and for that I have decided to use praziquantel. I followed 2.5 mg/L. However after 3-4 days my soft corals started to loose their colour and theyre laying down.

lets get into details.
After I saw first flukes, I did a fw dip for naso tang. Following that 2 days later ich showed up in a tank. I decided to do managing with it because I couldn’t catch my fishes. Which worked well so far I lost only 1 fish out of 20. However, feeding heavy led my phospate to go around 0.30 ppm. When I realized I added some bacteria fritz monster 460 to lower my phospate in long term. Also added gfo. It worked well that my phos dropped up to 0.12 ppm in 4 days. Then I decided to apply prazi treatment 1 week ago. I followed 2.5 mg/L as I have wrasses in my tank. Run skimmer without cup for aeoration . As soon as I doses my xenia corals started to lay down but after a day they were all fine. All the corals and fishes were happy. I added carbon filter 24 hours after in to sump. And about 30 hours later I started to have a bacterial bloom. On third day bloom was really high. Till that still all corals were fine. But with bloom, my phostate dropped up to 0.01 ppm. Starting from 4th day my soft corals which are xenia, zoas, mushrooms, polyps, kenya tree coral they all shrinked and started loosing their colour. My leather corals, BTA, LPS, star polyps corals seems fine, duncan coral also shrinked. Some mushrooms and polyps already lost colour. On 5th day I changed the carbon with a new one. 6th day did %25 water change. And still seems my softies are suffering from smth.
Also realized that after bloom my nitrate is decreased a lot to 1 ppm. Normally 5ppm.
my parameters are;
kH : 9.6
Ca; 430
Mg ; 1320
No3: 1 ppm
Po4: 0.23 ppm. Fluctuating since bacterial bloom

Any help I would be super appreciated.
Here are some pics before and after

Not abnormal as prazi will TEMPORARILY lower saturated oxygen, alter ph and even curb appetite of fish and coral
Should restore to normal in 48hrs unless you apply another dose

Thanks, i knew it could saturate oxygen. I turned my wave pumps to surface and removed skimmer cup. I did not dose anything after that. Its been 7 days today and softies are going bad day by day

Run skimmer and add carbon if needed and verify
Nitrate
Alk
Ph
Phosphate
Ammonia

It may have triggered some chemical warfare between the corals. I overdosed prazi before for some resistant flukes and my soft corals got ticked... I did end up losing a bunch. This was a higher than normal dose of prazi though. Nothing like this is 100% reef safe. I would probably just continue swapping carbon and remove anything that is actually melting.

I am running carbon for last 5 days.
alk is fine
No ammonia.
i dont have a ph check now
Losing corals and no ammonia do not add up. Are you using API kit by chance ?
I have used Prazi several times without any incident but again my rule is 80% of recommended dosage and increase oxygen.

No API kit is Fortunate as they give false readings. Just assuring you were not getting a false test reading affecting your coral assuming results were precise.
Have you tried a water change to see if they perk up?
Also you mentioned browning . . . . Any pics you can post under white light to assess what you are describing ?

I see pics now and can safely say- these will recover easily. They look good for being under prazi

Well finger crossed then. Any suggestions would helpful. Should I wait a while?
Focus on the fish you are treating. Even dose at 50% to keep corals happy, yet giving fish treatment.
50% . . . sort of like " a little oil in the engine is better than no oil at all " .
