Someone HELP

Hello, I have these two, which appear to be, LED light strips. I have only one ballast.

When i fisrt plugges strip a in, it worked. Then next time i plugged in it flickered and went out. :frusty:

Later, I rewired the ballast and connecter to strip b, plugged in, and everything worked. Next time i plugged in, flickerd and went out. :frusty:

WHAT IS GOING ON. :frusty:

Also, if i cant get them to work, id be willing to sell for parts or for some1 to fix. (pm)

Hate to say but they are typical low watt Chinese without optics.

I would cut bait and ask for a full refund.

Didnt get them from manufacture or seller, no receipt or anything
