No other fish look affected by anything - thoughts?

Ps he’s eating fine and swimming normally. My tank parameters are good

Sal 1.025
Ph 8.2
Nitrites / ammonia 0
Nitrates 20ish (a little high, I know)
Kh also a little low, 8.1 when I tested before I dosed kh buffer

Can you take pics under whites?

I see the spot, but with only one I would suspect the fish grazed a rock or something.

Have you recently added anything to the tank without QTing?

Thanks - I don’t really think it looks like anything in that article (but I will refer to it in future). Perhaps an injury or, closest in the article, could be bacterial?

I turned off my kessils and added a white spotlight and I’m not sure it’s easier to see...

I did add a couple fish without full qt (just a week) because my qt tank was too small and they were getting too stressed. (I know, I know). Those guys do not have any white-ish spots.

Thanks, all! I am leaning toward scrape (it has been in the same spot all day). Both the cherubs are constantly slipping through little holes in the rock work that I didn’t even know were there so they are the most likely of my fish to scrape themselves.
