Spot on wrasse

while feeding tonight I noticed a small white thing on my fairy wrasses back at the base of its dorsal fin. After looking through dozens of pictures and forums I don’t think it is anything crazy like ich or velvet. He is eating well no labored breathing very active. Maby (hopefully) I’m overreacting. He is new to the tank I feel like it may be a battle mark from getting to close to the royal garama or watchmans cave trying to find a sleeping hole. Sorry for poor quality pics as I said he is still very active.

This is the only thing that looks close but not very close I’m leaning more towards battle wound. Definitely going to keep an eye on it.

Could be an injury or the start of lympho. Do you any ABX on hand just in case?
