My new Springeri Damsel is on the verge of death after being attacked by my Royal Gramma. Should I move him or the Gramma to the sump or a bucket?

Good question - normally, I tell people to move the aggressor to let the attacked fish recover. However, if the damsel is truly on the verge of death, it should be isolated so that your CUC don't attack it.
