Recently I have decided to go a different route with my tank and take out most of my tangs and do smaller fish so the bio load isnt so crazy! I have a 240g tank. What would you put in there? Keep in mind its a reef, but im willing to take some risks.

I love wrasses. If I had the space I would add a lineatus and a pair of flame wrasses. Awesome fish...

I have decided to get a shoal of bartlett's instead, though...

a school of chromis would look nice.

Anthias and cardinalfish (especially Apogon Parvulus) is my favorite schooling fish. Well more lke shoaling

And if you like small fish... get gobies! I got 2 ORA Tiger Goby in my 150G, and even though they're only 1" each I see them darting around everywhere

How long has your tank been up? If you have a good size pod population I would definately get a pair of mandarin gobies. If your tank is mature is should be able to support a pair even if they are not taking prepared foods.
