Struggling with some torches!

Hi everyone!
New here.

i have a tank for 2 years now. I have been long facing an issue with some torches loosing and thinning their tentacles.
My stats:

phos: .01
Nitrate:6.7

cal: 490 (lowering it down)
Mag: 1350
Alk: 8.2 constant from last 2 months

ph:7.8

Since I dont do water change every week dosing trace elements red sea a-d: 4ml every week.

saltwater mix: instant ocean reef crsytals (will be changing to red sea pro once this bucket is empty)

please need some advice any lead would be highly appreciated.
