Sump issues PLEASE HELP

Id be testing the water moving all them rocks could of stirred up some nasty stuff. When i did my tank swap i filled a 5 gallon bucket 4 inches of crud that was in my live rock just from shaking it in the bucket

Sump is up and running. No media yet but feels good to keep the water nice and oxygenated. The trickle from the "syphon break hole" on the return plumbing is loud. Not sure if I will be able to sleep tonight, her either. The pump is loud too. It's an old and pump. Lol. Getting some kind of sound dampening next. Also a glass top since I am not digging the wood hood. Also hope to cut down on evap. Eyeing a couple toad stolls on sale at the lfs and am pumped!

Had a water test today at the lfs as well and everything looks good. No spike in ammonia. Guy said the coral beauty may have conked her head and is recovering. Will be keeping an eye out on that. Guy also sold me on some Sachem Prime. What is everyone's thoughts on this product. I am thinking about retuning it as it has not been opened. Just not sure about the whole chemical route as of yet.

Personally if you're going to add something at this point I would use seachem stability. I preach it a lot, but I like it and have had no adverse effects from it.

That's what I originally reached for and lfs guy steered me towards prime. I don't think I explained how well my tank is already cycled. It was just like I did a massive water change....

To quiet the trickle from siphon hole i put a zip tie around it but left enough of the hole to break the siphon still

This has helped tremendously. Thank you. My exchange is really chugging down below because I think my hose is too long. Water is just thumping the bottom. Might go the filter sock route just to act as a muffler...
