Sumping fish?

Just got a chocolate tang in a 125 got a blue hippo, sailfin,foxface and clowns. Foxface is picking on him. Could I sump the foxface for a day or 2 without any issues? He's about 5 inches so he won't have lots of swimming space would that be worse on him and stress him out.

Maybe, although trying to catch him could be stressful. Have you tried the mirror trick? I had some success hanging a fish net in one corner of the tank to ward off a fish that was being a jerk.

If it’s only 2 days it shouldn’t be too bad however any longer than 4-5 and I’d start to worry.
