Superman Monti Polyps receeded

So I have a problem with my superman monti right now. All of the polyps have receeded, I can still seem them a little bit but 2 weeks ago it was full extension. I just did a 15% water change to see if that helps, so far no good. Anyone have any Ideas? I have about 7 other monti's with no problems.

When I dose, if the vitamins don't blend into the water very well, mine will recede for about 3 days.

Nothing bothering it that I can see. It's getting a lot of flow so that's not the problem. I have a mystic sunset monti next to it that's growing good. I'm just gonna keep an eye on it for the next few days and see if anything changes. I have my fingers crossed.

I have a rainbow Monti that is doing the same...... Still encrusting and growing, just no polyp extension.

Could this happen if I moved it to a new spot in the tank? Maybe it just needs to get used to it?
