I have a Yellow , a Kole's , and what I think is a juvenile Kole's Tang. I feed them nori and they seem to eat brine. I keep reading about broccoli, lettuce and zucchini. If the veggies are good for them how do I prepare and feed them with those ? And what else do you feed your Tangs ? Thank you very much.

My Tang eats just about anything. Flakes, Spirulina flakes, pellets, Nori, brine, mysis..you name it, it will eat it. I haven't tried real veggies, since it eats the Nori and Spirulina flakes.

They are Omega One Veggie Flakes. All my fish like them. Made with Fresh Kelp and Spirulina.

I feed Romaine Lettuce on a clip, along with Nori.
