Hey guys,

Any suggestions welcome!!!

I was out of town for two weeks and I come back today to find amphipods everywhere and "these guys". Most of the pod infestation still remains to the sump around chaeto, with just a few in the DT.

is this normal, I am more worried about the worms I see up on the glass than the amphipods, but I read here and there that they do get hungry for zoas if they run out of food.

help me ID both and let me know what you guys think.
