OK. So let's bet that it is velvet.
Freshwater dip for 5 minutes to shake off some of the velvet parasites from the fish's gills to help them breathe.
Then immediately into a 90 minute of temperature matched and aerated bath of an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally. It has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualites. Humblefish has found that this bath greatly increases survival, and I've seen this work myself.
Then into copper in a QT. Pre-dose the tank to 1.oo ppm. And then to therapeutic levels of 1.75 ppm within 24-48 hours if copper power and or coppersafe. If cupramine get to therapeutic within 24-48 hours 0.50 ppm. Several small doses is better than just the two Cupramine states on the bottle. Dose for at least 14 days, 30 if the fish are doing well.
And then keep an antibiotic on hand incase of secondary infection which is very common: Kanaplex, Furan2, NFG are all good choices.

The baths are more hardcore, I’m not sure what concentration people use for that.

Here's a tip that often works really well. Wait until the tank has been dark for at least a couple of hours. Using a small flashlight, find the fish. Keep the light on the fish's face. The light will mesmerize the fish making it usually pretty easy to net the fish.

i mean the velvet, sorry that question was a little broad, but as I treat the fish with the RRR and the velvet goes away is there anyway to treat my main display tank, get rid of it fully out of there or will that go away as the fish are treated, also i have a rose bubble tip, is RRR nem safe if i do have to treat my display tank to get rid of the velvet if not i can move it to a different tank.

The DT needs to be "fallow" for 6 weeks for velvet to starve out the parasite and that's it. No need to use meds on the DT, just starve out the velvet parasites. They need fish to feed on or die. Ok to leave corals, inverts, etc. and feed as normal to keep them healthy. Just no fish in the DT.

I just wonder if it slipped through. I personally would treat all of your fish with copper + metro. That would cover both Brook and velvet.

I agree, the powder blue (I know it already passed) gave me a little bit of a “brook” feel. I would treat for both to be safe.

Ruby reef rally, I treat in a 5g bucket with fresh saltwater. Use a small heater (the smallest, cheap tetra ones work perfect) and an airstone to keep the water at temp and aerated.

Followed by ramp up of copper in QT, and metroplex for 14 days. If you have a second QT you can transfer out of meds for observation and the remainder of your fallow period. If not, continue copper for 30 days before removing with water changes and cuprisorb.

The five gallon bucket would just be for the 90-minute “bath” in ruby reef rally (acriflavine). After that, they would still need to go into a QT for treatment with copper/metroplex.

I’m sorry for your losses and I empathize with your situation. Went through this when my tank was six months old and lost all 6 of my little buddies. I too was unprepared for such a catastrophe but not anymore. Have the whole arsenal of treatments thanks to all the good people on this site who helped with the quarantine questions and directions. Every new fish (except clownfish) I purchase gets a freshwater dip prior to quarantine. I've kept fish in freshwater up to 10 minutes - so I guess it's not really a dip, but a bath. I've had butterflies which rained black flukes from their gills and under scales. It seems every fish has black stuff drop off in fresh water. Freshwater stresses clowns too much.
