Tc 402 led time controller

Hi,every one.
I will want diy led lighting for new tank.
I have 32 led for 70*70*60 cm tank.
This is my layout:
12 cree cool white led xpg and xte 5w(6 cree xte and 6 cree xpg).
12 cree royal blue xte 3w.
1 red 660nm.
1 green 520nm.
3 uv violet 420nm,3 uv 405nm.
This full spectrum is good or not?
Also I want using from this controller for making sunrise and sunset with my leds is possible or not?
I see some of the videos in YouTube that it can work.
Any one have a idea about it?
