Do it. Tell the wife, I approve! I bought the car before I got married, because I figured it most likely wouldn't happen after that. I heard a lot of stories to that effect. And with my son about to enter college next year, yeah there's no way it would fly now. I also started the tank before I even met my wife, so she knew that was a package deal too!I love hockey and am a redhead who does a pretty good rooster impression
Vette67. Beautiful!!!! I love corvettes but babies ended my C5 ownership. one day there will be a vette in the garage again!
Name I used when I played MMOs... started waaaaayyyyy back in the original EverQuest days. Name of a start with some old medieval astrological importance.
My 65My car. Sort of... Long story, but I own a 68 Corvette and my dad has a 67 Corvette. My dad bought the 67 in the mid 70's, and I grew up looking at that car my whole life. So when I was old enough, and could afford it, I bought my own in 1999. He passed away in 2015, and my mom still drives the 67. So eventually, I will have to sell my 68 so I can make room for the 67. I chose the 67 to use as my username, even though I don't own one, but my dad's is a much nicer car, so I'd rather be associated with that one! The 67 is the maroon car, and the 68 is the black one. So, that's the basic the story....
Nice. I like it. I can tell that is the original maroon. My dad's was originally Nassau Blue. But when he bought it in the 70's, someone had already painted it maroon. Around 2005, he had his car repainted, and he still liked maroon, but he had it painted 2003 Anniversary Red. He just liked that color maroon better. Maybe at some point, I'll go back to Nassau Blue, but not any time soon!
That’s cool! I’ve always loved science, so that seems like a pretty epic job. Mine is obviously laxreefer22 because I play lacrosse, I am also a huge homebody and love staring at my fish tank and relaxing....you can see where I got lax, reefer is the go to here, and 22 is my lacrosse number! But cool job!Needed an Xbox gamertag 10+ years ago. At the time, I was doing a lot of cell culture and expansion so I came up with Cellsplitter. But that was too many digits so it became Cellspot. That's now my PSN name and I use it at my online alias in general. For whatever reason, I shortened it even more when joining here to just Cell. I'm an antibody scientist so it fits.
