Belly looks full. Eyes and fins clear. Looks good. I would pay for it and leave there for a week or two if it just came in. No harm letting it settle in there at low copper level if he does what my lfs does. Beautiful fish.
I may go back for it next week if a more trusted LFS can’t get one for a price I’d be willing to pay.

It's going to be your centerpiece fish. No harm waiting for the best one.
Definitely will be - I’m going for a rare/uncommon fish and trying to keep the number of fish lower than I would normally. I’ll talk to the owner of the LFS I trust much more and see if he can try find one if he can’t then I’ll take the one I saw today. Hopefully I can get an answer next weekend.

I guess I should also show the Angel I actually own :)

I’m what you could call angel-curious. I love the looks of a lot of angels but my small tank (75g) is limiting. I have also read a lot of horror stories about dwarf angels being proper terrors. I am worried for my peaceful tank mates, in particular the ywg, firefish and my leopard wrasses.
What do you guys think? Are there any “peaceful” angels out there that would fit my tank (mixed reef)?

If your tank is 4’x2’ floor space you should be able to house a Genicanthus quite comfortably. Here’s my boy in my 4’ tank, a Genicanthus melanospilos that is finally gaining streamers.

Standard 75 is 4'Lx18"Wx21"H. I wouldn't put a genicanthus in that personally. However, most of the Centropyge do fine in a tank with those dimensions, and added towards the end of your stocklist should be fine with the other fish. If this is a mixed reef, flames, coral beauties, rusty, potters, multicolor, venustus, multibar, and Collins were the most reef safe from my experience. Skip the eibli, the lemonpeel, the bicolor, and the nox.

I've also heard C. deborae and C. aurantia are some of the most reef safe, and that the various pygmies are usually good, but with some fleshy LPS and clams are too irresistible.

These pics are fdom my old 110 gallon. At the time of these pics, it had a flame, 2 coral beauties, a rusty, and a potters.

Unfortunately over here we don’t have 3 different amounts with our 4’ tanks. We simply say we have a 400 litre or a 4’ tank.

Yeah, it can be frustrating for sure. That tank I posted above was a 4'Lx18"Wx30"H 110 gallon. Basically the same size as a standard 75 gallon, just taller. I wouldn't hesitate to add multiple dwarf angels in a 75 gallon. I just skipped them in mine because of the clam and all the Acans.

So I'm sticking a bunch in my 180 gallon. Looking to keep C. loricula, C. bispinosa, C. flavissima, C. bicolor, C. ferrugata, and possibly 1 or 2 more. I'm a big fan of Paracentropyge multicolor, C. acanthops, C. aurantia, and Paracentropyge multifasciata.

Definitely throw a Centropyge multicolour in the mix. They’re beautiful (I’ve been considering getting the healthy one from my other LFS instead of waiting for one from a more trust worthy LFS)
