The Jackdaw

I dont know. Apparently with Banggai cardinalfish there is a know issue with a virus that kills a lot of them. Thats my best bet with those guys because the blenny that was with them survived and is doing great. We are not sure about the royal gramma. He was very questionable from day one but we figured that was because they can be shy and hide a lot. This most recent QT went really well but the loss of our wrasse once in the display tank sucks. But the gramma he was with seems to be doing great.

We were doing an unmedicated QT without cycling which meant daily water changes. We switched to a medicated QT with cycled water.
I'm assuming you didn't notice any signs of struggle, injury, or disease before they died? May be worth looking into on the fish disease/treatment forum to potentially avoid future losses.
