I traded some plants, left with rotala and ludwigia that I didn't have before. and I accidentally bought some rocket killi fish. oops. They're in with the betta now, may go in the 5 if I think she is too agro for them.
Those accidental buys happen. Try not to beat yourself up too much over it. If you should be feeling the guilt, I can sometimes be a compassionate counselor. Sometimes.

"Accidentally".
I slipped, I promise. At least I didn't come home with a bunch of turkana's too. That would require filling and scaping the empty 40.

I don't know what happened. One minute I'm packing up, the next I have fish in a bag.

Quoted twice in the same comment. I feel kind of honored now.

New shades, turns out they print better when you make sure the bed is level and clean.

And new feeder cup with the first tank inhabit to discover it (and a gif)

Yeah I love my acrylic 90 Discus tank. Until it needs cleaning. I get 90% done with one of those magnetic scrapers. The rest on the outside I use a damp fluffy cleaning cloth.

I wasn't getting anywhere with the magnetic scraper. You can see what it was like at the bottom of the tank. I still have dog nose prints to take care of though. He likes to snap at the fishes, especially the tang. they don't care either way.

Is that a Marlboro Red or...?
Orange Melon. Developed the melanistic coloring probably due to black backround and natural gravel substrate. I’m fine with it tho. I thin it looks neat. And healthy otherwise.

Very nice! how do you get the corners?
I found an acrylic safe foam tipped wand on Amazon. I’ve got one for both big tanks.
