Pineapple sponges. No harm no foul. I love those things.

Pineapple for sure. Relocate them to the sump. Great CUC.
No sump available, but had me sweating for a hot minute... Just started dipping the bowerbanki they are on.

But if they're fine. I'll stop.

The safest sponge you will ever encounter are the pineapples. They will never fight coral for territory. Strictly filter feeders that love filthy places. Explains why they are under the bower.
They'd do great in the other tank then. The whole thing is a mess. This is a week after cleaning algae.

Want some algae for him?
Oh he's got plenty. He's the sole algae eater (outside of the snails) in my 125. I have a Tomini to move over but I want the calmer fish first.

You might be able to keep a Tomini Tang short term. Maybe check out mollies? You can get them already Saltwater adapted.
I had Molly's for a night. I'd have to pull out the dottyback or he will unalive anything new to the tank. I am thinking about a rescape and that could be a good time to add fish. But at the end of the day it's 15 gallons and that's part of the trouble.
