It looks ten times better under halides! I have always said halides really help bring out blues much better than leds. It looked much more purple in the led pic. Plus the growth looks much more thick and natural now under the halide. Well done.

Thanks! I set this up almost 20 years ago, but moved and this current system has been in place for about 17 years. I did a build thread with a bunch of pics back then on ReefCentral in the beginning, but the pics are probably gone. There are some pics of the sump room along with the trials and tribulations of going from neglecting the system for a few years to when it was reincarnated a year ago. It was finally dialed back in a few months ago.

Thanks! Pretty darn close to the same. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Cornbred and he threw in a Pink Cadillac as a freebie. The new growth branches on the Fruity Pebbles are already bigger than my original Pink Cadillac that I had from months before he sent me the pack. The coloration is more magenta on the FP vs more purple on the PC, and I have them in about the same PAR in my 220 display.

I started Acropower today, just a 12ml dump at 3am, so let's see how it goes! I have been manually dosing Reef Energy a couple of times each week about 20ml. I started dosing it half the recommended dose and had an algae explosion. That stuff just looks dirty...
