Set up my new @noopsyche K7 mini on my 20 gallon observation tank
I tried to mimic the same schedule as my K7 V3 140 watt noopsyche lights that I have on my 75 gallon.
Big difference from the supplied light that came with the tank.

Before K7 mini

Added a HOB filter on the back of the 20 gallon to allow for surface agitation and upper surface filtering.
The @noopsyche 60w k7 mini is great, love how it ramps up and down similar to the 140w

Picking up another 75 gallon tank this weekend. it comes with a 1 yellow tang, 1 clownfish, 1 LTA anemone, multiple fluval powerheads, multiple strip LEDs, tank and stand, bucket of salt and an FX4 canister filter. All for an incredible price.

I am interested in seeing if I can run the FX4 in series or if I should just keep it for parts.
I can't wait to pick up the yellow tang, I'm going to put the fish and anemone in my 20 gallon observation tank for a week and watch them closely.
The tank hasn't had the best care for a while, I hope everything goes smoothly.
here is pictures of the tank and the yellow tang. The tang looks like it has an injured fin.

Any thoughts??

Picked up my 75 gallon steal of a deal, today. It came with a yellow tang, clownfish and anemone today. the fish looked very thin and light coloured. I drop acclimated them for almost 2 hours, the salinity in my 20 gallon is 1.025, the tank I bought today was at 1.019.
I brought the water up to the same salinity as the 20 gallon and added the tang, clownfish and anemone . I found a coral that he said was a Kenya tree, it still had soft tissue, so I dipped it and added it to the 20 gallon to see if anything grows.

swimming around good, no itching, twitching or laying on the ground. I'll take that as a plus for now, I really hope the tang gets some food in it soon. it needs a belly lol

Build update pics

75 gallon is doing great, nice colours and everything is happy.

oh except one anemone, seems to be pD off but it's still moving and attached to the rock.. I'll be leaving it be for a bit until I see something worse occuring with it. It looks gross, but if I know anything about anemones they like to be left alone sometimes to just do their own thing.
