Still messing with the tank and such - quick question: the bulkhead is 1/2" thread on the inside and 1" on the outside, right?

What do you mean outside? Those threads are usually intended to just use the nut. The inside is a slip fit.

I knew that... I just forgot. Thanks! Except if I want the threads on the inside of the AIO chamber and the slip in the tank... It is half inch though. I printed some test threads and they were perfect.

It's the same slip both sides... put the tightening nut inside the aio chamber so it looks better

Its what I had on hand. If I were to recommend one, I'd recommend the zksj version, exact same but has a controller. Zksj also has tiny Wavemakers I might give a try as well.

42 bucks for a DC pump? How loud is it? I did not go to the specs. What is the GPH?

Might be a bit off topic here but what light is everybody running on this tank or does anyone have any suggestions for a light?

Sorry, I looked at your picture wrong. Same 90 as yours, but the bulkhead is slip on that outlet and thread on the inlet.
Mine is as well. Slip on the return pump side to accept the 90. Threaded on the display side. Can't find anything threaded so just leaving it with nothing for flow now except the pump.

That's what I'm saying though, mine is the opposite. Threaded on the return pump side and slip on the tank side.
