Will a Paracheilinus flavianalis and a Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura work together in a 60 gallon tank? Or would the cyanopleura eventually get to aggressive with the flasher?

They're compatible, but a 60 is not big enough for cyanopleura.

Regarding Melanurus Wrasse, is 5.5 inches too big for this species? Fish base listed this species max out at 12 cm or about 4.72 inches. My wrasse is still a female, or initial phase male and already 5.5 inches. I saw two fully color terminal males at a LFS today, all completed with black edges of the tails. These two male were only 2.5 inches.
Will my wrasse ever turn fully terminal male with the bright colors of a terminal male.As it is she is not an ugly wrasse but far from the beautiful terminal male wrasse that is her potential. Ieven wonder if I miss-ID her and she is not a H. melanurus altogether. Possible?

Here she is at 5.5 inches.

About a year and 5 months now. Got it as a juvenile, barely an inch long. Now he's conservatively 4 1/2. Lol.

I have a ruby head fairy wrasse in Qt with 3 small pj cardinals. In the DT (180g, 6’x2’) we also have

5-6” Yellow Tang

Watchman Goby (these two have been together since the beginning)

Royal Gramma

2 regular Clowns

Lawnmower Blenny

Sea Hare

3 cleaner shrimp

A few hermit crabs (5 or 6 maybe)

Many Nassarius snails

1 brittle star fish

What other wrasses would be okay to add to my tank? The Fairy wrasse in QT is a male a couple inches big.
