Used to have a hookup for caffeine. Food grade. Pure. It is over regulated now though. Caffeinated milk for your crunch berries is probably not the best way to start the day anyways...

It's likely not the caffeine, but one of the many compounds in coffee that did it. This could be a pretty cool rabbit hole to go down.

Agreed, i dont think coral have adenosine receptors for caffeine to attach to. But, funny line of thought though.
I do wonder if it was maybe some of the proteins in the creamer or something along that line that would trigger that.
If you are able to isolate that compound though, you could make a grundle selling it to all the influencers wanting to fuzz up the tank before filming content.

It could have been a response to the fats in milk. Plenty to love in milk even for cyano. But, coffee beans have several antioxidants as well.

Maybe next time i should try half a cup....
