just placed an order for some macro from live-plants. got the sampler pack and 3 mangroves to try out. a tan plume gorg and some snails too for pop tart snacks. going to toss them in the office tank and see what happens. tested today, #'s are in good shape but i am having a heck of a time with bubble algae (and aptasia). because of pop tart cant use a emerald crab so going to try to out compete the bubble with the macros. now to figure out what to do for the aptasia. thinking berghia but those may end up as very expensive pop tart snacks but not sure need some more research. only other option is a peppermint but that for sure will be a snack.
this weekend is dive fest and i am so excited.
then i will get the new tank ordered and start that process so hopefully its here when i get back from the trip that i have coming up. then i can work on getting everything set up over the winter.
