Sunny's tank is a bit sparce at the moment. Main reason is there isn't much that i have that will work in a low light low flow situation. I have always wanted an elegance and there is a big open patch of sand in her tank that i thing will work. i want to also throw in some other weedish things like xenia. there are some test subjects in now and i think i know where my limits lie. Lower light is best due to her requirements so i dont want to upgrade that. i like it the way it is, it just needs a little someting.

As I once heard, somewhere, sometime, I think... "Two out of three ain't bad." (I do hope it is 2 of 3 that survived)

Tank is looking better. Still dosing and cleaning and testing. Icp goes out tomorrow and im going to order some more bacteria this weekend.
So you are noticing an improvement in the cyano with the coral snow then?

Yeah...they lost like the last 10 hours of data...not sure what happened, but the site was down for a while with an update stating we would lose anything we posted since last night.

Siphoning out as much of the cyano as I can every few days seems to be doing the trick. I am running it into a filter sock and then putting the water back in the tank. Dosing a mix of bacteria as well every few days. I haven't "snowed" the tank in the sense that I am familiar with yet. Aka MB7 and chalk. I am waiting until I am a bit more out of the woods. The liquid cyano bacteria product did seem to have some type of floculent with it since it looked like when I have snowed the tank in the past. The other powder product I add to tank water, let sit to activate, then add back to tank. There is some type of suspension medium in that as well but much more dense. The tank is looking much better for sure.

Hey Becky I'm not sure if your in contact with many folks going to LEAR but if you are I have a couple of pumps I'd like to move out and would rather give them away than let them go to waste. If you run across anyone interested this what I have. I think one has been resealed and the other pulled running with no leaks but I would reseal both before putting them in service.

It would give me motivation to go 🙃

Throw them up on reeftrader.com. they may sell for you. If not then you don't have to go :) I am trying really hard to keep to a strict / tight budget this year with hobby things. Big trip in October and I am trying to do something special for myself. There are so many things I would love to grab but I am waiting.

@Stang67 - did you happen to catch my post yesterday, to you, on someone else's thread? It was concerning 3D printers.
