Hey guys I need some help with my clownfish Videl.
She came half dead & with an insane injury to her head. Its been 2 years and while she recovered from the original injury, she never been a strong swimmer and tends to go on & off feed.

This started with what I thought was brook on her, but my cleaner Goby was munching on her and it looked similar to an injury or possibly from the trumpet coral she is rubbing up against. It went away completely in a week and has come & gone for two months. She now has it worse than ever and even has this abrasion or lesion on her head & a torn area on her fin. She IS eating but favoring that damaged fin, which has made her swimming even worse.

I am going to separate her, as I initially thought she was being bullied by my dottyback.
Perhaps someone has some suggestions on what to do once I separate her. The images are from today, she's a frantic swimmer so I had a hard time. I just want to make sure it isn't something other than being bullied.

Thank you

You could put her in a QT and treat her with something like Nitrofuracin green. I’ve seen this used to assist with wound healing but also an anti protozoan.

here is a link on dosing:
