I have this toadstool and another on the same piece of rock but as you can see from the picture this toadstool is “melting” off the rock. The base was originally a thick stem but as time as gone on it’s leaned over and the stem seems to be struggling to hold on.
The rock it has grown on has been glued on with glue and epoxy so I can’t just remove it and I have never fragged anything before so I’m not very keen on doing so.

Will it eventually just fall off the rock?

What should I do with it

Toadstools are super hardy and adaptive. You may just leave it there and it’ll figure it out. Mine has “walked” itself away from a steep slope to another rock and is still climbing. If you would want to move it, just cut it at the stem but it’ll be very hard to anchor it as glue wouldn’t work

What kind of flow and light does it get. It could very well want more flow - Medium+ is good for them.

You can try and rubber band the foot to the rock so it can get more secure as well, or put a cage (strawberry container, etc) over it to help it from moving and attach better.

But commonly they get too little flow and thus start to fall over.
