Torch Coral Necrosis?

Does this look like necrosis? Should I dip it?

Tank Peramiters-
Salinity 1.025
Calcium 420pp
Alkalinity 9dKH
Magnesium 1320
Calcium 420
Amonia, Nitrate, Nitrite 0

You should probably raise your nitrates. 0 is bad. It wouldn't hurt to dip the coral. I usually recommend this whenever a coral is looking bad if the water, lighting, and flow are fine. Brightwell coral md pro and coral RX are pretty good. Seachem reef dip also treats infections if that ends up being the case.
 
Thanks. I ordered the coral RX. Did a peroxide dip while waiting for it to arrive. Now it looks like this...
