Hello! I'm new here and new to reefing overall. Can you help me to understand what's going on with my euphyllia glabrescens? It seems that the skeleton started to dissolve on one side, and I noted that during the night it is covered by some sort of like white fuzz ~3 mm long that can be noticed in the torch light. I dipped the frag today but nothing came off.
My ammonia and nitrites are at 0, nitrates at 5, phosphates at 0, alk goes from 8.3 to 7.1, and I had calcium at 390 for a couple of weeks, but now raised it to 450.
Thanks in advance!

Was it recently fragged? Any other issues with it?
How old is your tank? What are your lights/flow?
This "white fuzz", are you saying it's an animal or something else? Pics would help of it at night.

Fuzz aside, I know that my frogspawn has a similar looking skeleton from where it was fragged. It's fine and has split 3 times and is growing a new head.

No other issues with it and it seems to be happy and healthy otherwise. The tank is 2 months old, lights and flow are medium I guess. I tried to make a video, the fuzz can be seen on the left hand side of the coral.

Hey, any update on your coral? I might have a similar problem
