Torch help. Looks bad

Posted in my build thread but I don’t know how many people look at it. I recently bought this 2 head torch and this one head has looked bad since I got it. Today is the worst it has looked. Do I need to cut and remove it? Just give it more time?

Yes that head looks dead. If you can safely cut that head off, I recommend you do.
