Torch Tissue Receding/Torn

Today I woke up to the tissue on my torch looking like it receded or that the tentacles have been ripped. My first thought was brown jelly disease so I immediately removed it and did an iodine dip. Afterward i took a baster to it and sucked off any loose tissue. There wasn't any but then it made me realize that the tentacles still remained but they look as if they were torn nearly to the very base. What could have caused that? Is this something more severe or what? I just have no idea what happened literally overnight.

I've had alot if battles with corals that have infections; yours in my opinion looks like it hads some sort of bacterial/protozoa infection. I circled what I think kinda looks like infection to me

I would watch it closely if these areas have infected tissue it will look worse and worse and pretty quick. If it is Infection I would use peroxide as iodine is not aggressive enough at killing infections. I do a 50/50 bath for 30seconds and repeat as often as twice a day. I also really like antibiotics but not alot of people seem to experiment with them as I do
