I've certainly never had a machine thank me before, lol. Do these things have a habit of missing out crucial parts of the question?

If you thank it more it'll give you the right recipe. I think it's being passive aggressive :)

While I blast ChatGPT for being inaccurate, I’m quite confident that it won’t be long before ai are much too smart for our own good. They will know the right answer, but may or may not give it to us depending on their mood and whether they like the questioner. Lol
So ask with "please".

How would you even monitor this? I dont know, advice is advice. When I come here for it I pick and choose what I think is best.

Probably not worth the effort on a forum such as this. Point being the member/user will have a pattern and it can be addressed via administration or community.

On the other hand it is being monitored at various levels of education. Colleges have been running into this for a bit now.

I think mine is winding me up, so I resulted to using toothless threats (like the police in Demolition Man). I may be getting a visit from a time travelling robot soon, after threatening his grandad. I really don't understand how the search results are so different, the question was the same, it's effort level appeared to change. It does however think the bolus thread is all about All4Reef, but we can gloss over that. It appeared to pick one post then extrapolate that as the entire topic, which was odd, even posting a BRS vid for A4R.
Be happy, I'm a nobody :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
First time ever asking chatgpt a question. Had to try it right?

It’s like it didn’t even want to do the work so it gave you a compliment with a bunch of unnecessary rambling

Do you think search features in PDFs are being lazy? Is googling something over going to the library and finding a book on a shelf being lazy? These are convenience features to abstract away the fluff so we can focus on the real thinking.
Methinks Skynet is your dream.

I didn't even get a compliment. I'm never using it again :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: That's a true statement lol. I had to try it at least once lol.

That’s another reason why I have an issue with it. Everyone on r2r is seemingly an expert Reefer. But if people need a daily affirmation, this should do just fine. Lol!

The minimum it could have done is call you a grumpy old man. At least show it tried before giving up

I asked Google about me and didn’t even get an AI overview either. I’ll actually look at that positively that I’m not on Skynet’s radar….yet

Let’s change your name to Expert Reefer Matt. Really throw it a curveball

There's more, lol. Either myself or Albert Inestein is confused. I have no idea where the following info comes from. I don't add A4R to my tank, and if I did, I know there is no benefit to adding it in the peak of the photoperiod. Also the peak photoperiod in my tank is not 6p.m. It also provides a link as evidence?
